Fibers are of mainly two kinds – soluble and insoluble. Soluble fiber is found in various fruits like apple, orange and also some vegetables. It is also found in high content and other whole grain products. Soluble fiber is a best cleaner that is combined with other hormones and fatty acids to help digestion. It also helps in scheming diabetes and cholesterol concerns in the body.
Insoluble fibers are in wheat, some vegetables like cauliflower and in some fruits. Edible roots include vegetables that are grown as pedigree. Insoluble fiber also helps in the discharge of excreta via the intestines.
High fiber diet is one of the recommended diets that help in weigh loss but does not drain the body of its necessary energy nutrients.
